A telegram service bot

I found a nice way for an old Python terminal script that I wrote some time ago to be turned into a cool new Telegram service bot.

It uses the Python Telegram Bot wrapper around the already pretty simple and straight forward Telegram Bot Api and it can keep you up-to-date with the current league tables of the 5 major European leagues (England, France, Italy, Germany and Spain).
